We use the services of the United States Postal Service to ensure our products get to our customers quickly and affordably. We ship products Monday through Friday, except all government observed holidays. Also, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $150! (Does not apply to international shipping)
All of our shipments are sent out via Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-4 days from shipment to receipt at your door. We try to ship your order with 3-4 days of you placing it. This is how we come up with our 5-8 day shipping window. We will notify you of any delays in your order shipment.
We utilize shipping confirmation on every order in order to make sure our products are delivered on time and to the correct location. Due to prior issues with fraud, we also use this service to help protect from false notifications of lost shipments. If USPS says it was delivered, we believe it was delivered, and at that point it becomes the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it. We regret this policy, but we HAVE to enforce it if we are going to be able to keep our everyday low prices for our honest and loyal customers.
At this point, shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer. Once you have your full order ready to confirm, you will be informed of your final shipping cost based on the weight of your order.
Are you sending a gift?
Orders are usually shipped with a packing slip that includes prices.
If you are sending a gift, just let us know in the comments/instructions form on the shopping cart page. We will include a hand written gift note using the words you provide via the comments box.
Tracking your shipment
When your order ships, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. Just follow the instructions in the e-mail to track your package. Your package tracking email will come from USPS, so be on the lookout for it.
